Membership Terms & Community Standards

Updated  Date: June 25, 2026

Welcome to LinkUp Golf.

LinkUp is a curated community of business owners, executives, professionals, and business builders who believe meaningful relationships are built through exceptional shared experiences. By becoming a member, you agree to the following Membership Terms & Community Standards.

1. Member Commitment

Before joining LinkUp, please confirm that these statements describe you.

I enjoy meeting interesting people and building meaningful relationships.

I value relationships before transactions.

I treat everyone with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

I understand that LinkUp is a curated community rather than an open networking group.

I intend to contribute positively to the experience of other members.

If these statements no longer describe you, LinkUp may no longer be the right community for you.

2. Membership

Your membership begins when your application is accepted and your first monthly payment is processed. Membership continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by either you or LinkUp. Membership is personal and may not be transferred to another individual.

3. Membership Fees

The current membership fee is $100 per month. Membership renews automatically each month using your payment method on file.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. No additional monthly fees will be charged after cancellation. LinkUp reserves the right to change membership fees at any time. If membership fees change, members will be notified in advance and may choose to continue or cancel their membership before the new pricing takes effect.

4. Membership Capacity

To ensure members have reasonable access to events and tee times, LinkUp limits membership in each market. Membership limits are determined solely by LinkUp and may change as additional venues become available or capacity changes. Current members will not lose membership because capacity is reduced. If membership is at capacity, new applicants—and former members seeking to rejoin—may be placed on a waiting list.

5. Event Fees

LinkUp's business model is intentionally designed so that membership—not golf—supports the community. Golf event pricing generally reflects the venue's applicable guest rate plus a modest administrative fee that covers payment processing and event coordination. Administrative fees are typically approximately $10 per booking but may vary depending on venue pricing and operating costs. Food, beverages, merchandise, lodging, and other optional purchases are the responsibility of each member unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Community Standards

The quality of the LinkUp community depends on the conduct of its members.

Our Community Standards are clear:

Don't be late - Respect other members' time by arriving punctually.

Don't be slow - Maintain an appropriate pace of play.

Don't get angry - Contribute to a positive atmosphere regardless of the quality of their golf.

Get off your phone - Be present and engaged during LinkUp experiences.

Don't be salesy - Build relationships before pursuing business opportunities.

Don't spam - Refrain from excessive promotional, transactional, or unsolicited communications through LinkUp events or member communication tools.

7. Membership Removal

LinkUp reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion if a member consistently acts in a manner that is inconsistent with the values or standards of the community. Whenever practical, LinkUp will first discuss concerns with the member and provide an opportunity to correct the behavior.

Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination of membership.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf and other LinkUp activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with those activities.

9. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkUp Golf, its owners, hosts, contractors, venues, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, property damage, theft, weather conditions, course conditions, transportation, or other events beyond their reasonable control. Members participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions.

10. Photography

LinkUp may photograph or record events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant LinkUp permission to use photographs or video that include you unless you notify us in writing that you prefer not to appear in promotional materials.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with LinkUp's Privacy Policy. LinkUp does not sell member information.

12. Relationship Disclaimer

LinkUp exists to create opportunities for meaningful relationship development. While members frequently develop friendships, strategic partnerships, client relationships, investment opportunities, and other valuable outcomes, LinkUp does not guarantee any particular business, financial, or personal result. The value of membership depends largely upon each member's participation and engagement.

13. Changes to These Terms

LinkUp may update these Membership Terms & Community Standards from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law
